Local expertise across Manchester:
Being based on George Leigh Street in the city centre means we’re close to most of the jobs we take on in Manchester, which helps with both installation scheduling and ongoing servicing.
Recent work includes a full new office air conditioning installation for Bunzl Retail Supplies, and air conditioning fitted in the Beer Cellar at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel which was a project that involved working within a characterful, occupied hospitality space. We’ve also installed a large-scale AC system at a domestic property in Stockport, on the edge of the city. Between commercial fit-outs, hospitality venues and private homes, our Manchester air conditioning work covers a genuinely broad range of building types and requirements.
Our process:
We start with a site visit to look at room sizes, wiring, and where indoor and outdoor units can go, particularly important in Manchester’s mix of period conversions and new-build offices. Installation is carried out entirely in-house, tested and commissioned before handover, with servicing available afterwards to protect the system and its warranty.
FAQs
Do you supply and fit the AC units yourselves?
Yes. We supply, install and commission every system ourselves rather than passing work to third parties, so there’s one point of contact throughout.
Can I get air conditioning fitted at home as well as at work?
Yes. Alongside commercial projects, we regularly install domestic systems for homeowners across Greater Manchester.
Is air conditioning installation disruptive for occupied offices?
We plan installations to minimise disruption, and can often work around business hours for occupied Manchester offices.
Do you fit AC in apartments as well as offices?
Yes. We regularly install domestic systems in Manchester apartments and houses, alongside commercial work.
